Saturday, January 22

7PM Doors ✖ Hall ✖$10ADV / $12 DOS ✖ 21+

Lonesome Dan Kase has spent a life on the road. Originally from Hillsdale, Michigan, by age 18 Dan left home and started a journey busking and gigging. He finally made his way to Minnesota in 2001, where he’s made a name for himself through his unique style of fingerpicking blues guitar.
Lonesome Dan’s newest album, Hours Seem Like Days, is his first album after a ten-year recording break. Dan merges his passion for blues, country, folk, R&B, ragtime and jazz with personal, emotional stories to create powerful new songs.

SOLIDSTATE is a two-piece rock and roll combo based in St. Paul MN. It’s members have written and performed together in numerous projects for over two decades, and with SOLIDSTATE, they’ve distilled their music into its most concentrated and punchy form to date. With vocals that swing from crooning to barking, braided with loud, beefy guitars, and tight, hard-hitting drums, SOLIDSTATE’s live-shows are a one-two punch of infectious intensity and tight songcraft that lands somewhere near the intersection of blues, punk rock, and rock and roll

After songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Johnny Sincerely self-recorded his debut album over the pandemic (Yours Truly, Johnny Sincerely available on all streaming platforms), he set about rounding up the rowdiest ramblers he could find to help create a raucous somewhere near you. Combining the piano-based theatricality of Screamin’ Jay Hawkins with the distorted guitar intensity of The White Stripes, The Johnny Sincerely Quartet has quickly become one of the wildest live shows in the midwest.
