On Saturday, April 1st The Avant Garde will be presenting an amazing concert with some of the top up and coming Neo-Soul/R&B artists within the Twin Cities along with a classic live band, spoken-word poetry and unique live painting. There will be an amazing in-house band led by Berklee School of Music alum (And the hottest up and coming jazz artist on the scene) Rodney Ruckus and his band “The Ruckus” with performances by Asia Divine, Madison Hallman and Nathan Mason! These are all great singers and spectacular performers. The featured spoken-word poet of the evening will be Button Poetry affiliate Hasani Harris. Live Painting will be conducted by highly talented Juan Andre’ Reed and DJ SciPreme will be on the 1’s and 2’s keeping the vibrations high! This event will be hosted byChadwick Phillips!
