National Recording artist, Ray Covington has become a house-hold name in the hit producing Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota. Releasing his first of 4 albums in 2001 and his latest, just released entitled :Finally” in January of 2014.

Ray landed an opportunity to headline his first big show at Minneapolis’ Cotton Club. The all-star band including New Power Generation drummer Kirk Johnson, Monte Moir and Chance Howard of The Time, and Todd Burrell of Alexander O’Neal fame.

Ray has opened for many National and International stars like Jaheim, KC and Jo Jo, Keith Washington, Tony Terry, The SOS Band, Alexander O’Neal, Glenn Jones, Confunkshun, Montel Jordyn, Kem and Howard Hewitt, You name it, and Ray has represented.

Ray’s local exposure and out reach has expanded in the last couple years, he is now delighting fans at Bunkers Bar and Grill in Minneapolis, The AmsterdamBar and Hall in St. Paul, Honey in Minneapolis, Minnesota Music Cafe, Famous Dave’s, The Minnesota State Fair, and Thai Ginger as well as private corporate events and weddings.

Considered by many to be a Twin Cities music legend. Ray Covington continues to “wow” audiences young and old, with his one of a kind vocal styling.
